Overview

In 2024, as my first project at Rightmove, I redesigned the login flow for our SaaS platform. The goal was to remove clutter, modernise the experience, and improve the forgot password process. This work also involved applying the new design system and dark theme, ensuring consistency with our broader design standards, and gathering user feedback to validate the new direction.

Outcome

User satisfaction score increased by 15% following the redesign, reflecting a smoother and more intuitive experience.
