Rightmove Hub

Overview

The Hub is Rightmove’s training and resource centre, used by over 21,000 Rightmove Plus customers to access webinars, courses, qualifications, and more. Yet, it never had dedicated design support.

In 2025, for the Hub’s 10-year anniversary, I was tasked to redesign it from the ground up. Our goal was to surface the high-value content buried inside it, create scalable systems for the rapidly growing library of training and qualifications, and build a platform that genuinely supports the next generation of estate agents.

Outcome

Within the first 8 weeks, our active users increased by 35% and our courses visits increased by 51% on average.
